It's true! Miss Evie is 3 months old! She is getting so big! Well, she's big for me! She almost weighs 10 lbs now! Which in reality a lot of babies weigh that much at their 2 week appointment - but she's perfect just the way she is :) Tiny beany - and we love her! Evie is FINALLY getting out of the colicky stage! And now that I've said that we're going to have a colicky day . . . . hahaha. I pretty much feel like an expert when it comes to colic - thinking about writing a book or something :) Anyways! Evie is so alert and it's so much fun! Every night we have our "nightly conversation" and we (I) talk about everything that happened that day. Evie cracks up, Braden rolls his eyes, and by the time I'm done my head usually hurts from talking like a retard for so long!
Here are a few things about Evie at 3 months:
- Binkey = Savior
- Daddy's girl for sure
- Toot
- LOVES bath time
- HATES getting dressed after bath time
- Eating 3 oz. every 3 hours
- Toot
- Tried rice cereal in her bottle
- Graduated from sleeping in car-seat to sleeping in mom & dads bed (Note: Evie has a crib and bassinet that she refuses to sleep in . . . crap)
- Toot
- Tries to chew on her fists all day (if wearing a long sleeve shirt both sleeves are soaking wet)
- Follows things with her eyes
- Toot
- Holds toys in her hands
- Loves her mommy's kisses! (for sure)
- AND toots like crazy :)
Time is flying uh!?! Myla just had her 2 month check up and is 11lbs ha! Evie is tiny, BUT she has doubled in birth weight so that is good. Myla is a tooter too! Cracks me up.
ReplyDeleteDid you try the heat pad trick? And do you swaddle her? Myla will NOT sleep unless she is swaddled in a swaddler. You can find them at wal-mart. If she comes out of the swaddle she wakes up! It's a life saver.
I wish they'd stop growing up ha. Myla is so fun right now.

oh how cute! But you and Whitney Calhoun are so lucky cuz, Easton is younger than both your girls and he weighs almost 13 lbs. He is such a big baby!!!
