We're LoViNg this girl!

This is Evie saying AHHH! It's pretty much what she says all day long!

Above is "THE" yellow duck. It's the only toy she pays any attention to!

Evie says, "Hey guys - yes my mom puts matching bows on w/ my jam jams aka pajamas!"

P.S. No Evie doesn't sit in this bouncer all day long. Just for picture time. I'll have to start being more creative!

Evie Grace is 4 Months Old!

Ok, so I'm a little off. Evie turned 4 months on the 5th of March. We'll pretend like I'm not almost a month behind! Evie is getting SO FUN! Here are a few things about our little bean at 4 months old:

• She's found her voice! All day long Evie say's AHHH! . . . AHHH! . . . AHHH! It's super cute!
• She's full on laughing. She laughs super hard at herself in the mirror and when her daddy gobbles her hand in his mouth.
• Teeth must be in the near future because she SLOBBERS so much that she has to wear a bib all day long!
• She chews on her fists - or anything else that she can get her hands on!
• She is reaching for toys - and loves her yellow duck the best.
• She's eating like crazy! AND spitting up like crazy! She never used to do this!
• She's finally feeling better and (dare I say it?) I think we're seeing the light at the end of the colic tunnel!
• She is little Miss Smiles! She always smiles at her mommy and daddy!
• Little peeps of hair are FINALLY growing! WAHOO!
• She just started wearing 3-6month clothes this week! 3/15/2010
• She ALMOST sleeps through the night!

I could go on and on. We're loving our baby girl so much. What a blessing she is in our lives!

Oh Snap!

Soooo. . . . . Evie's new thing is crying uncontrollably when her daddy holds her. Well, usually she is fine for like the first 2 minutes - then she starts screaming! AND as soon as I take her she stops! The first time this happened, in my mind I was thinking "Haha Evie loves her momma more!" NOW it's really annoying! Braden feels bad and he never wants to watch her now because he's afraid he won't be able to calm her down. We think maybe it's because I am with her all day and feed her and etc. Like how the heck am I going to cook dinner . . . that's right Braden is :) But if you've had any similar experiences P.L.E.A.S.E. pass on some advice. I really don't want Evie to be like this! It's SO hard! Plus I feel bad for Braden :(

Ahhhh!!!!!!! Chiquita Banana :o)

Evie has recently found her voice. It has to be the cutest thing ever! Yesterday Braden, Evie and I were sitting on the couch and I looked at her and said, "AHHHH"! Then she said, "AHHHH"! This went on for a few minutes and it was AWESOME! Braden was so amazed - his reaction was probably better than Evie saying "AHHH"! Ok no, it wasn't better. Evie is so cool! :) We love love love her!

Evie also tried Chiquita Bananas yesterday! I just fed her that because I like saying 'Chiquita Banana'. Anyways - she didn't really get very much down. She was starving and was too frustrated to try Chiquita Bananas. So we ended up having a bottle instead. Maybe we'll try some more Chiquita Bananas today :o) CHIQUITA BANANA! (Think it's safe to say I'm Lacking in the sleep department?)
